Villa Monforte Barolo overlooks the Southern Alps, with the majestic profile of Monviso. You will find good skiing in Limone Piemonte with only an hour's drive, and with 2-3 hours' drive you can reach all the well-known ski resorts such as Sestrières, Cervinia, Champoluc, La Thuile, Courmayeur, and even Chamonix on the Swiss side of Mont Blanc.
