Resultatet er en sj\u00e6lden r\u00e5vare med en duft, der bev\u00e6ger sig fra skovbund og hvidl\u00f8g til honning og krydderi \u2013 afh\u00e6ngigt af n\u00e6sen ved bordet.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 festivalen m\u00f8der I certificerede tr\u00f8fler, lokale producenter, madoplevelser og vin fra Langhe, Roero og Monferrato.
